Standard shipping is free with no minimum order. Express shipping is not offered.

Timing

Order processing is 1–2 business days. Estimated standard transit after dispatch is 2–4 business days, for an estimated total of 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays. These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Service area

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are excluded. We do not offer international shipping. For a PO Box delivery question, contact us before ordering. We do not promise a named carrier.

Tracking and delays

Use the tracking information provided with your order when available. For missing tracking details or a delivery question, email support@linealinks.com with your order identifier and any tracking details you have. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and let you accept a revised time or cancel for a prompt refund. Contact us for a lost, damaged or incomplete delivery.

Returns and exchanges

Request an eligible return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery; see the Refund Policy for eligibility and the steps. A free prepaid return label is included in your package. If it is missing or unusable, contact us for help before sending the item. Contact us first to confirm the return instructions and correct return address.
